Beach Advisories
Please be aware that beach advisories occur unexpectedly during the summer months. Prior to your stay please check for beach advisories posted by the Dept. of Environmental Services by visiting:
www4.des.state.nh.us/WaterShed_BeachMaps/
Advisories are updated daily. Any cancellations or changes to a reservation need to be done through Reserve America and cancellation fees will apply.
Day Use:
Visitors should make a reservation before arriving at the park as parking is limited (especially on nice weekends and holidays). However, a limited number of walk-in spaces are available and visitors who do not make a reservation will be admitted on a first come/first-serve basis. Reservations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival and no later than 5pm on the day of your visit. Discount for New Hampshire Seniors:
Indicate that you are a senior on your order details page and you will not be charged the day-use/parking fee. However, there is a $1 transaction fee for using the online reservation system.
To receive your discount at our per person fee locations, simply enter the number of NH Senior Citizens in the vehicle/occupant information section of the order details page, instead of the number of Adults.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations MUST be made prior to 9AM of the day of your visit to receive a refund. There will be no refunds due to weather or insects. Refunds requested for extenuating circumstances must be submitted to: nhparks@dncr.nh.govwhere they will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
